29.3 Million Adults Are in Recovery. Most Coaches Aren't Ready to Help Them.

Your client has a sponsor, a therapist, a case manager, and maybe a couples therapist. The family just hired an interventionist. Recovery is a team sport — and the coach is supposed to be the one who sees the whole field. But most training programs only teach you one angle. We teach you all of them.

Multi-modal recovery team collaboration

Recovery Is Multi-Modal. Your Training Should Be Too.

Your client isn't just seeing you. They have a sponsor, a therapist, maybe a case manager and an interventionist. Most programs teach coaching in isolation. We train you in the basics of coaching, intervention, and case management — so you can collaborate across the entire recovery team, not just your corner of it.

AI coaching laboratory

Practice on AI Clients. Not on People Who Need Real Help.

Most programs hand you a certificate and send you into the world to do your experiential learning on real people in crisis. We built the world's first AI coaching laboratory — 50+ simulated clients who push back, present complications, and force you to think on your feet. You make your mistakes here, not on someone's worst day.

Career growth credential

A Credential That Builds a Career. Not Just a Job.

Peer support certifications get you a seat at an agency. But if you want to open your own practice, build a referral network, and charge professional rates, you need a credential that goes further. This program is built for coaches who want a career, not just a role.

You Won't Walk Away Empty-Handed

In 20 weeks, you'll master the core coaching competencies through the lens of recovery. You'll know how to run a session, read a family system, and measure real progress — not just talk about it.

Assess Where Clients Are

Every engagement starts with a Recovery Capital assessment using our POA tool. You measure where your client actually is — not where they say they are. Then you coach from data, and reflect real change back to them over time.

Coach Individuals and Families

You'll learn to work with the person in recovery and the family around them. Active listening, powerful questions, evoking awareness — core coaching competencies applied to the hardest conversations families will ever have.

Guide Families Through Intervention

Most programs skip this. You'll learn intervention basics — when to initiate, how to prepare a family, and how to facilitate the conversation without breaking trust.

Navigate Ethics and Boundaries

Dual relationships, scope of practice, when to coach versus when to refer. Recovery coaching has unique ethical terrain. You'll learn to navigate it with a professional code of ethics as your foundation.

Build a Sustainable Practice

Pricing, positioning, referral networks, and the technology to run it all. You graduate with a coaching bio, intake documents, and a platform that makes you look as professional as you are.

Graduate Ready to Coach

The program includes dedicated competency assessments with AI-powered practice scenarios. You'll need to hit 85% on practice evaluations before you graduate. We don't let you fail.

20 Weeks. Four Phases. 80 Hours of Real Training.

This isn't a weekend certificate. It's a structured program that builds your skills week by week — from your first coaching conversation to your final observed session.

Weeks 1–4

Foundation: Coaching Stance and Core Framework

Weekly live Zoom sessions plus async work. You learn what coaching actually is, practice active listening, master the CVR language, and have your first AI coaching conversations. By week 4, you've already coached.

Weeks 5–8

Immersion: Three-Day Intensive Weekend

A full weekend via Zoom covering all 10 CVR modules, live coaching practicums with faculty observation, and the Smith Family case lab. You'll coach real scenarios and get written feedback. This is where everything clicks.

Weeks 9–16

Mastery: Deep Competency Development

Weekly sessions diving deep into each core competency — presence, listening, evoking awareness, facilitating growth. You coach peers, upload recordings for AI feedback, and complete two more faculty-observed sessions.

Weeks 17–20

Launch: Business, Exam Prep, and Graduation

Build your practice: pricing, marketing, referral networks. Complete your final competency assessments with AI practice scenarios. Record your final coaching session evaluated at professional level. Graduate with your credential, your tools, and your community.

Weekly Support and Office Hours. For Life.

Other programs disappear after they hand you a certificate. We show up every week. As long as you maintain your credential, you get live weekly office hours, peer consultation, and direct access to experienced coaches who've worked hundreds of cases. Because the hardest part isn't getting certified. It's the Tuesday morning when your client relapses and you need to know what to do next.

You Don't Just Get a Credential. You Get the Tools to Use It.
